Kingdom People Professional Services are continuing their rapid growth towards £100M turnover and seek the right people to join us on this journey. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who’s ready to take real ownership of client relationships, market development, and their own performance. Based in our modern Havant office, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving permanent and/or contract recruitment solutions across professional sectors.

The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead from the front — developing business, nurturing client partnerships, and mentoring. Day to day, you’ll:
• Take ownership of a defined market and grow it strategically.
• Manage your key client accounts and deliver exceptional service standards.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional or specialist roles.
• Use data, insight, and networking to identify emerging opportunities.
• Contribute to divisional strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’re already a successful recruiter — confident building relationships at senior level, commercially aware, and driven by results. You’ll bring:
• Proven track record in permanent or contract recruitment
