What will you be doing?
Proactively develop new business with both new and existing clients across the Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Quality sectors, and negotiate strong terms of business.
Work with clients to understand their needs and build a search process that suits them.
Source, headhunt, and screen suitable candidates, to successfully match candidates to the client's requirements.
Build your network of candidates and clients to become the go-to recruitment consultant in your sector, and always deliver a high level of service.
Drive sales and work closely with your manager to identify ways to continue to excel and increase your earning potential.
What we are looking for:
Previous recruitment experience (Permanent, Contract or Search)
Exceptional people and influencing skills
A track record of billing success
Leadership qualities and/or potential
High work ethic and a drive to succeed/self-motivated
Great energy and an uplifting presence
