What You'll Be Doing (360 Consultant Core Responsibilities):
Business Development - building and nurturing client relationships, winning new business, and identifying opportunities across Europe's tech scene.
Stakeholder Management - acting as a trusted partner to senior hiring managers and decision-makers.
Candidate Attraction & Selection - headhunting, networking, and sourcing the best contract talent across Data, AI, Cyber, and Software Engineering.
End-to-End Process Management - from pitching, shortlisting, interviewing, and negotiating offers, through to placement and aftercare.
Market Expertise - becoming a subject matter expert in your vertical, advising clients and candidates on trends, salaries, and hiring strategies.
Who We're Looking For:
Proven 360 recruiter with ideally with contract experience (ideally in Data, AI, Cyber, or Software Engineering).
A natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and consult.
