Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Commission

What we want from you:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment initiatives within the Cyber Security sector within the US markets.
You will leverage your expertise and industry knowledge to identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates while developing strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry engagement.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their organizational needs and cultural fit.
* Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
* Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies and achieve collective targets.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide clients and candidates with valuable insights.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the cyber security, Go To Markets, Product or Software Engineering sectors.
* Strong understanding of the recruitment process and solid knowledge of current market trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
