The Role
Are you an experienced recruiter who loves building candidate relationships, moving at pace, and filling business-critical roles? We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Resourcer / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Aylesbury Delivery Team. You’ll lead on candidate generation for live vacancies, own key talent pipelines, and be a go-to partner for our consultants and clients.
If you enjoy being on the phone, managing multiple roles at once, and want a pathway into Principal Consultant, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning end-to-end candidate delivery for live roles: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, managing interviews and offers
Building and nurturing high-quality talent pools through proactive outbound calling, referrals, and database searches
Partnering with consultants and clients to understand briefs and advise on candidate availability and market trends
Managing counteroffers with professionalism and pace, ensuring a great candidate experience
Tracking activity and results, contributing to team KPIs, and sharing best practice
Supporting and informally mentoring junior resourcers where needed
What We’re Looking For
Proven agency experience in resourcing/delivery, 180 or 360 recruitment (typically 12 months)
Confident, outgoing phone manner and strong relationship-building skills
Organised, target-driven, and comfortable working at speed across multiple vacancies
ATS/database savvy (Vincere experience a bonus) and strong written communication
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
