Location: Leicester
Salary: £15.65 per hour, generous overtime and sleep in allowance + Benefits
A respected care provider is seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team in delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities, at one of their, homely, 3 bed residential setting in Leicester.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where young people can grow, thrive, and feel empowered.
Key Responsibilities:
Support young people in daily routines, hobbies, friendships, and personal development
Lead shifts confidently and provide guidance to team members
Step into management duties during the absence of senior staff
Conduct staff supervisions and support colleague inductions
Promote safeguarding and well-being at all times
Oversee health and safety procedures, including risk assessments
