Senior Residential Support Worker – Halesowen, West Midlands
Salary: £14 per hour (approx. £29,120 per year) + £55 per sleep-in
Typical earnings: £31,760 – £37,040 per year (including sleep-ins)
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
Contract type: Permanent, full-time
We are recruiting experienced Senior Residential Support Workers to join our team in a 2-bed children’s home in Halesowen, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
What we need from you:
* Qualified to Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* A driver with access to a vehicle
* Previous experience in children’s residential care
* Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide staff
* A resilient, caring and professional approach
