Job Description
Seeking Senior support worker's who have drive and enthusiasm to support the manager and support workers in our new homes.
In this role you will ensure that your team is well supported as this will help them to provide the best care for our residents. You will also need to be passionate about providing high quality care, ensuring the lives of residents are continually enriched.

Experienced in working with Young People
Demonstrates positive values
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Essential:
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services with a therapeutic approach.
Sound knowledge of person-centred planning, staff management/development
