Location: Near Grantham, Lincolnshire
Salary: £12.60 – £13.97 per hour + £47.25 per sleep-in
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking Residential Support Workers for a nurturing 4-bed children’s home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day care and supervision of young people
*
Build trusting relationships and promote independence
*
Follow care plans and risk assessments
*
Support with daily tasks, education, and activities

Uphold safeguarding standards
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal)
*
NVQ 3 in Children and Young People Workforce / Residential childcare
*
Passion for improving young lives
*
Willingness to undertake training (e.g., Level 3 Diploma)
*
Team player with a positive attitude

Driver desirable
