Residential Support Workers & Senior Support Workers – Burton upon Trent
Salary:

Residential Support Worker: £24,000 – £27,000
*
Senior Support Worker: £28,000 – £31,000
(+ sleep-in rates on top of salary)
We’re hiring for two specialist children’s homes in Burton upon Trent – one supporting children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), the other a dedicated Learning Disabilities (LD) home.
Both homes are entering an exciting phase of growth and development, and we're looking for people who want to be part of something meaningful.
The Roles
Residential Support Worker:
– Direct care, emotional support, day-to-day routines
– Supporting activities, transitions, and emotional wellbeing
– Being a positive and consistent role model
Senior Support Worker:
– Leading shifts and mentoring junior staff
– Key working and safeguarding responsibilities
– Helping shape the home’s culture and consistency
What We’re Looking For
RSW:
• A genuine reason for working with children in care
• Willing to enrol on the Level 3 in Residential Childcare
Senior:
• Must already hold the Level 3
• Confident in a residential setting and supporting others
Driving licence preferred.
Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
