Senior Residential Children's Support Worker
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £13.60-14.60 + Sleep-In Allowance
Contract: Temp to perm
Hours: 07.30-23.00/23.00 to 7am sleep /7am till 08.00 wake

We're looking for a compassionate, confident, and experienced Senior Residential Children's Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Blackpool
You'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people aged 6 years + who have experienced trauma, neglect, or adverse childhood experiences - helping them to heal, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing home.
💼 What You'll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring a team of Residential Support Workers to deliver exceptional, child-centred care.
Creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment that empowers young people to reach their full potential.
Building strong, trusting relationships through empathy, consistency, and respect.
Supporting care planning, key working, and promoting independence and resilience.
Taking responsibility for shifts, recording, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and company policies.
🌈 What We're Looking For
Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - or working towards it.
Proven experience supporting young people in a residential or similar setting.
A calm, resilient, and positive approach under pressure.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Team Teach experience is desirable
A full UK driving licence is preferred.
