What You'll Do
Lead weekly and monthly revenue and performance reporting cycles
Interpret data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the portfolio
Translate analysis into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
Support the development of annual pricing and revenue plans with senior stakeholders
Monitor in‑cycle performance and recommend optimisation or promotional tactics
Act as a key point of contact for external partners, managing queries and approvals
Provide Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance with concise, commercially focused insight
Present performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership
Contribute to strategic projects, including acquisition analysis and new initiatives
Support non‑core revenue streams such as seasonal and short‑stay opportunities
Help refine internal processes, reporting structures and team workflows
What We're Looking For
3-5 years' experience in revenue management, commercial analytics, consulting or portfolio/asset management
Strong analytical capability with the confidence to influence commercial decisions
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and building strong cross‑functional relationships
Experience in multi‑site environments such as hotels, PBSA, BTR or similar
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Commercially minded, proactive and solutions‑focused
Detail‑driven, articulate and confident communicating insight clearly and persuasively
