About the Role
Regional Recruitment Services are proud to be working with a respected civil engineering consultancy based in Leicester, who are seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows, ready to take a lead role in delivering coordinated, high-quality design documentation. You will play a key part in mentoring junior technicians, overseeing model quality, and ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and coordination of detailed 3D Revit models for architectural, structural, or MEP projects.
Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and schedules.
Work closely with project leads, engineers, and architects to ensure design accuracy and efficiency.
Implement and uphold BIM standards, templates, and quality procedures across the team.
Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and quality assurance checks.
Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members.
Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure smooth design coordination and data exchange.
What We're Looking For
Significant experience as a Revit Technician or Senior BIM Technician within architecture, engineering, or construction.
Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and strong understanding of BIM processes.
Excellent technical knowledge of construction detailing and design documentation.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to lead by example.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
Relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (HNC/HND or higher).
