Senior Reward Specialist | £50K–£55K + 15% Bonus | Hybrid (Greater Manchester)
We’re working with a market-leading, high-volume employer going through an exciting period of positive change and investment in their Reward strategy.
They’re looking for a Senior Reward Specialist to act as the number two to the Head of Reward — a pivotal role with real influence and visibility across the business.
Location: Greater Manchester (2 days a week in the office)
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 + 15% bonus
Full-time | 39 hrs

Be at the heart of a newly revamped Reward strategy
Attend SLT, HR, and People meetings alongside the Head of Reward
Own operational delivery of compensation & benefits projects
Work on benefits changes, new initiatives, and annual cycles
Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
What You’ll Do:
Lead on pay review cycles, bonus payments, and share schemes
Support benefit changes based on employee feedback
Drive reward-related projects to enhance EVP and retention
Provide expert advice on job evaluation and pay benchmarking
Present recommendations to senior leaders and influence decisions
Mentor junior team members and act as a trusted partner to HRBPs
What Will Get You an Interview:
Proven reward experience in high-employee-volume environments
Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and benchmarking
Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and provide creative solutions
Confident in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
Reward specialist background — not HR generalist transitioning into reward
