Job Description

FINTEC recruit is supporting hiring for a Senior Risk Manager.  This is a permanent position based in Brighton, hybrid working opportunity.   Salary is up to £65,000 plus excellent pension/benefits/bonus.  Further development opportunities within the business.  You will require experience of working in a risk management role for large scale projects.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of the risk management framework for key infrastructure projects through project lifecycle
	
Setting up and running Risk Management registers ensuring accuracy
	
Conduct qualitative risk assessments ensuring clear descriptions, causes, impacts and ownership.
	
Perform Quantitative Schedule and Cost Risk Analysis (QSRA / QCRA) and advise on mitigation strategies.
	
Working collaboratively with stakeholders and external partners, producing mitigation strategies for success in meeting deadlines & tracking progress.
	
Evaluate effectiveness of mitigation plans and update residual risk exposure
	
Review variances in risk performance 

Skills and Experience required for the Senior Risk Manager role:

Experienced user of Risk Management software such as ARM, Primavera, Safran, Risk Analysis,Excel 
	
Be familiar with NEC contracts & dealing with regulatory bodies
	
Hold PMI-RMP, or  IRM, or APM Risk Practitioner or equivalents - essential
	
Degree in a relevant subject such as Engineering, Risk Management, Project Management (not an essential)
	
Able to demonstrate experience with QSRA & QCRA
	
Experience of working in a risk management role for large scale infrastructure projects
	
Strong analytical skills, able to interpret technical, commercial and scheduling details
	
Excellent communication skills, working with stakeholders and senior project leaders developing strong working relationships with multiple partners.
