Up to £28,000 DOE

The Senior Sales Administrator Role:
As a key member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our vehicle sales operation. Your responsibilities will include processing new and used vehicle orders with precision, raising invoices, handling payments, and registering and taxing vehicles using the AFRL system.
You’ll manage vehicle stock records, monitor deliveries, oversee transfers, and assist with vehicle preparation costing. You’ll also support the customer journey by preparing documentation for handovers, updating CRM records, and keeping customers informed about their orders.
Working closely with the sales team, you’ll help maintain a seamless sales process by handling admin tasks and customer enquiries with professionalism. In addition, you’ll be responsible for generating month-end reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and FCA regulations, and supporting general housekeeping and audit processes.

About You:
• Prior experience in an administrative role is essential - especially within a car dealership or automotive setting. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
• A keen eye for detail and a methodical mindset make all the difference.
• Skilled at staying organised and managing time, even when juggling a busy workload.
• Clear, confident communication - both written and verbal - is a must.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and bonus points if you're familiar with dealership systems like Istore Docs or CRM.
• Always focused on delivering top-notch customer service.
• Independent and self-motivated, yet also a supportive and reliable team player.
• Proactive, always ready to take initiative and get things done.
• Calm under pressure and able to bounce back from challenges.
• Honest, dependable, and driven by a strong work ethic.

Your Experience / Background / Previous Roles May Include:
Automotive Sales Administration, Dealership Operations, Vehicle Sales Coordination, Car Sales Executive Roles, Automotive Account Management, Customer Service Leadership, Fleet Management, Showroom Supervision, Business Development Support, Vehicle Service Advising, or Sales Support in the automotive sector. You may have held titles such as Senior Sales Administrator, Automotive Sales Coordinator, Vehicle Sales Administrator, Fleet Controller, Showroom Manager, or similar positions within dealership or retail environments.
