This role centres on identifying, securing, and growing new business opportunities across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute new business strategies driven by company objectives.
* Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through acquisition of new accounts
* Build and maintain strong relations with clients both remotely and face‑to‑face
* Generate and qualify new leads; develop robust candidate/client database
* Prepare market analyses and business cases, reporting to Sales Director
* Follow up post-sales to ensure client satisfaction and service quality
* Collaborate with junior staff and wider teams to deliver consistent growth and refine sales tactics
Required Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in recruitment sales or B2B business development roles
* Proven ability to close deals and generate new business
* Excellent negotiating, communication, presentation and analytical skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Bachelor’s degree is desirable
* Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure
* High initiative, ethical work standard, leadership mindset
* Exceptional client-facing skills and professionalism
Compensation & Perks
* Salary range: £40,000–£50,000 basic
* Competitive, uncapped commission structure, OTE £75,000 year 1
