Senior Sales Executive – Freight & Logistics
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 + OTE £15,000 p.a.
This is an opportunity for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to step into a high-impact role within a growing logistics business

Working within a well-established, privately owned freight and logistics group with strong financial backing and continued growth
The Role:
Winning new business through proactive outbound sales activity
Building a pipeline and converting opportunities through strong questioning, negotiation and commercial awareness
Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding and account development
Developing long-term relationships with clients across UK and European markets
Visiting clients and prospects to strengthen relationships and secure new opportunities
Advising customers on shipping processes and EU customs requirements
Growing and maximising existing accounts once onboarded
Contributing to marketing activity including LinkedIn and campaigns
What They’re Looking For:
Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of winning new business
Hungry, ambitious and motivated to progress and earn
Confident communicator with a strong telephone presence
Commercially aware with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems
Freight or logistics experience helpful, but not essential
Strong IT skills, including Excel
Positive attitude, high energy and a team-focused approach
