£50,000 plus uncapped bonus
We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join an established sales team in Bedford. Working as part of the outbound sales team you will make outbound consultative style warm calls to construction clients. Helping them find and buy the right insurance products for their business.
Strong motivated sales professionals will absolutely thrive within this business. This company offer unrivalled commission and bonus structures which are designed to reward hard work and employee longevity. You will need to have a minimum of 4 years commercial sales experience to be considered for this role.
The Role
* Working on warm sales leads generated by inhouse telemarketing team
* Selling market-leading insurance products to prospective clients over the phone
* Retaining repeat business through excellent service standards
Skills needed
* Proven track record in exceeding sales targets ( 4 years minimum)
* Driven and hungry approach toward sales
* Enthusiastic persona with the desire to succeed
Commission/Bonuses/Benefits
* 8% on all business landed
* Next year at renewal, if the client renews you will earn 8% of the renewal. This sale is conducted by a dedicated renewals team giving you the opportunity to focus on new sales – current retention/ renewal rates are 90% across the business
* Most business sold in a month earns a £250 bonus
* Most business sold in a quarter earns a £500 bonus
* The salesperson of the year wins 2 first class tickets to any destination in the world, 2nd place £2000, 3rd place £1,000.
* Consistency bonus scheme – if you hit target 2 months in a row you earn £100, 3 months £200 and 4 months £750 and you will be paid £750 a month for every month that you hit afterwards.

* 20 days holiday plus an extended Christmas shut down
