My client based in Glasgow is a leading provider of Social Housing with an extensive portfolio of affordable housing across England and Scotland. They require a Senior Sales Executive to join their busy Development Department.
The role will be responsible for delivery and development of the Group's affordable housing, market sale, grant funded and regeneration programmes and projects across the UK.
The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and is paying an hourly rate of £18.22 per hour. The role is running through to January 2026, with the chance to extend.
The main purpose of the role is to deliver cost effective sales of new build properties under the Groups Development Programme
.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Support the sale of new properties effectively and efficiently to optimise the returns on investment in new housing to meet the Group's development programme.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring issues are raised for resolution in line with Group aims and objectives.
Assist in the review and development of the sales process to ensure effective procedures are in place to meet financial regulations, drive profitable practices and achieve compliance regulations.
Ensure the accuracy of all sales related documentation to ensure compliance with Group procedures and industry best practice.
Coordinate the relationship between the sales team and internal and external legal services providers to support effective and efficient sales processes.
Provide accurate and timely information on sales activity for reporting purposes and assist the finance team to meet reporting objectives.
Provide advice and guidance to the business to improve understanding and awareness of legislative and regulatory requirements for development activities to ensure the delivery of high quality, compliant and environmentally sustainable new homes and communities for the Group.
Manage the recruitment, performance and development of quality staff to ensure strong teams are built who can deliver in line with business needs and individual accountabilities.
Candidates will need to be flexible to working patterns with some weekend, evenings and bank holidays. The position is office based and a full current driving license is essential.
