Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager
Location: Bow, East London
My client is one of London's leading Independent agencies that have been established for over 25 years and have an excellent reputation.
They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager with a driven and career focussed attitude to add to their Bow office and in return they are offering a very competitive package, including a car allowance.
Some key responsibilities but not limited:
* Arrange and carry out Valuations and convert to listings
* Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
* Arrange and carry out viewings and and providing relevant feedback to necessary parties
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
* Responding in a timely manner all queries via email, face to face and telephone
* Maintain good working relationships with follow up sales
The ideal Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager will be/have:
* 2/3 years experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator
* Valuation experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Motivated and target driven
* Well presented and well spoken
Hours of work:
* 9am -7.00pm Monday to Thursday
* 9am -6pm Friday
* 10am -4pm Saturday
* Work 2 Saturdays a month
Package on offer
* £29,000/£34,000 basic salary (includes £400 car allowance)
* Realistic OTE is £55,00- £60,000
