Senior Sales Negotiator - Guildford | £55k-£60k OTE | Basic Negotiable
A top-performing, independently owned estate agency with a £2m+ Guildford office is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their high-achieving team.
This is a high-volume branch completing 15-20 deals per month, offering a strong platform for ambitious Negotiators to earn well and grow within a respected, well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing applicant registrations, conducting viewings, and converting enquiries into offers
Negotiating sales and progressing deals through to successful completion
Building lasting relationships with buyers and vendors
Working collaboratively to meet and exceed individual and team targets
Maintaining a strong presence and knowledge of the Guildford market
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within a busy, target-driven office
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Confidence managing volume while delivering premium service
Ambitious, team-oriented, and highly motivated to succeed
Solid understanding of the local property market in and around Guildford
