Job Description
Clark James Recruitment are working with a Leading Estate Agency business.
Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join the business.
Role
* Working as a Senior Sales Negotiator within a busy team.
* Previous experience within an Estate Agency is essential.
* Delivering exceptional service to our customers.
* Working closely with customers purchasing properties, Mortgage Advisors and Solicitors.
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored advice.
* Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
* Conduct property viewings and provide potential buyers o with detailed information about the properties.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using our internal systems.
Candidate
* Previous experience working within an Estate Agency with an understanding of the Property sector essential, please only apply if your cv demonstrates previous Estate Agency experience.
* Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and attention to detail.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Flexible.
* Can do, positive attitude.
* A strong team player.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.

* Full Driving Licence and own transport essential.
