Elvet Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established estate agency based in Durham, known for it's diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties ranging from affordable rental homes to premium sales listings. Due to growth of the company, they are now looking to welcome an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated team.
This leading agency of choice has built a strong reputation for delivering excellent service to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants alike. Responsibilities include-
* Develop and nurture strong client relationships
* Arrange and carry out property viewings
* Work collaboratively with the team
* Coordinate property marketing materials, including scheduling photography and gathering accurate floorplans for new listings.
* Create or oversee engaging video content for social media and encourage reviews
* Stay informed about the local property market
* Oversee the sales progression process, identifying and resolving any issues
* Promote and cross-sell additional services
To be considered for this role you will need -
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a Sales Negotiator position with a proven record of hitting targets
* A full UK drivers license and access to own vehicle
* To have good communication skills and the ability to solve problems
* To thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
