Job Description
Our market leading, highly successful and client is recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their well established an experienced team based in Buxton. Joining a firm with an excellent reputation the successful candidate will be rewarded with a good basic salary, commission on mortgage and conveyancing referrals and the opportunity if desired to train in valuations.
Responsibilities to include;
• Register new buyers and sellers, assess their needs, and guide them through the process
• Market and advertise properties across platforms
• Respond to phone and email enquiries quickly and professionally
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate and agree property sales
• Progress sales from offer through to exchange and completion
• Keep internal systems and admin records up to date
• Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience within Estate Agency in a Sales capacity
• Strong background in customer service
• Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
• Motivated, target-driven, and proactive
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
