Warwick | Office-based
Full-time (Early finish on Fridays)

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK manufacturing business, part of a long-standing, family‑owned group, who are looking to add a Senior Sales Support Executive to their sales support team in Warwick.

This role is not a sales position. It’s suited to someone who enjoys working with detail, figures and specifications, supporting bids, quotations and tenders across public and private sector customers.

The Role

  * Producing accurate customer quotations to specification and deadline

  * Supporting public sector tenders, including UK council contracts

  * Providing day-to-day support to field-based Sales Managers

  * Configuring customer solutions using internal systems

  * Liaising closely with technical teams on product options

  * Managing multiple quotes and bids through to order confirmation

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

  * Experience producing quotations end-to-end

  * Strong written and verbal communication skills

  * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  * Able to manage multiple deadlines

  * Proficient in Excel and Word

Desirable:

  * Exposure to tenders or bidding processes

  * Experience in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment

  * Knowledge of vehicle, waste or recycling sectors

Training on products and systems will be provided.

Working Hours

  * Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–4:30pm

  * Friday: 8:00am–1:00pm
