Senior Sales Valuer – Kingswood | £28,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE £35,000–£40,000 | Clear Career Progression | Leading Independent Estate Agency
📍 Location: Kingswood, Bristol (BS15 8JS)
🕒 Full-time | Mon–Fri + alternate Saturdays (day off in lieu)
🚗 Mileage paid | Company car option available
Are you an experienced Sales Valuer ready to step into a senior role with more autonomy, recognition, and a path to progression? We’re looking for a driven, confident, and commercially astute Senior Sales Valuer to help lead our growing Kingswood office.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Valuing and taking on instructions for residential properties across the area
Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders
Generating new business and winning instructions with confidence and professionalism
Mentoring and inspiring colleagues by leading from the front
Maintaining best-in-class customer service and office standards
Playing a key role in the success and growth of the Kingswood branch
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience hitting or exceeding property sales targets
Confident, persuasive, and polished – both in person and on the phone
Strong local market knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly)
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop others
Well-organised, commercially aware, and results-driven
Ability to handle pressure with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
Full UK driving licence (own car preferred; mileage paid at 45p/mile)
Nice to Have:
Living within 30 minutes of Kingswood
IT-literate with experience in estate agency software systems
What You’ll Get:
Basic salary: £28,000
Realistic OTE: £35,000–£40,000 (uncapped)
Commission split between individual performance and team success
25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing after 3 & 6 years)
