Job Title: Senior SAP Payroll Consultant
Location: Remote (EU-based)
Rate: Up to €850 per day
Language: Dutch is a plus, but not required
Experience: Minimum 15 years
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior SAP Payroll Consultant to lead and deliver high-quality SAP PY implementations for a Netherlands-based project. This is a full-time, remote freelance role, offering a competitive daily rate.
You will be responsible for the functional and technical delivery of the SAP Payroll solution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, best practices, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP OM/PA/PY/TM modules
Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality expectations
Serve as the primary point of escalation for functional implementation matters
Provide expert guidance to technical and functional teams
Align deliverables with business goals and solution architecture
Key Requirements:
At least 15 years' experience in SAP Payroll implementation and configuration
Proven leadership in managing complex SAP PY projects
Knowledge of Dutch payroll processes is highly desirable
Strong consultancy skills, including business analysis and solution design
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
Adaptable and able to thrive under pressure and changing priorities
