Senior SAP Procurement Consultant
+ Initial 6 month contract
+ Paying between £630 to £660 per day - Inside IR35
+ SC Clearance is required

Senior SAP Procurement Consultant / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) Consultant
Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional client site visits
Clearance: UK Nationals only - must meet security clearance requirements
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) Consultant to join our Logistics-focused SAP team. You'll act as the go-to subject matter expert for SAP WM/eWM, working directly with clients to analyse requirements, configure solutions, and enhance business processes.
You'll be equally comfortable in client-facing workshops as you are in system configuration, and you'll bring a strong understanding of SAP logistics functionality, with the flexibility to explore other related modules.
Due to the nature of the accounts, you must already hold - or be eligible to obtain - UK Security Clearance (British Citizen, no dual nationality, resident in the UK for the past 5 years).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements for SAP Procurement / WM/eWM.
Configure/customise SAP modules to meet client needs, translating business requirements into functional design specifications.
Act as the SAP WM/eWM Subject Matter Expert, advising on best practices, process optimisation, and enhancements.
Work closely with technical teams to resolve functional issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide user training, support, and mentorship to junior consultants.
Create and validate AS-IS / TO-BE process flows and documentation.
Execute testing cycles and support business process changes.
Essential Experience & Skills
5+ years hands-on SAP WM/eWM experience (configuration, support, and implementation).
Solid understanding of SAP Procurement and related logistics modules.
Proven track record in business analysis and ERP solution delivery.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
Experience writing and executing test scenarios.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ideally SAP certified (or willing to certify).

Strong problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment & Flexibility
Primarily remote, with occasional on-site client meetings.
May require occasional evening/weekend/bank holiday work.
Security Clearance
UK Nationals only - no dual nationality accepted.
Must have lived in the UK for the past 5 consecutive years.
