Senior SEND EHCP Officer

We Do Social Work is recruiting for an experienced Senior SEND EHCP Officer to join an Inclusion Service.
In this role, you'll manage a complex caseload of children and young people aged 0–25, leading the Education, Health and Care (EHC) process from assessment through to review. You'll work closely with families, schools and multi-agency partners to ensure high-quality, person-centred EHCPs are delivered in line with statutory requirements. The position also involves mentoring colleagues, supporting tribunal preparation, chairing annual reviews and contributing to service improvement.
We're looking for candidates with:
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and Children & Families Act 2014.
Experience managing EHCPs within a local authority setting.
Excellent communication and partnership-working skills.
The ability to manage complex casework and meet statutory deadlines.
