Job Description

Our client is an Automotive franchise-approved car dealer group and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Salisbury area.
 
 For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £32,000.

Starting salary around £32,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).

Alternating early/late shift rota Monday to Friday. Week one: 8:00am-4:30pm. Week two: 9:30am-6:00pm. 1-in-3 Saturdays, 8:30am-1:00pm.Duties:

Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of workOur Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment, however, they have said they're willing to consider candidates outside the motor trade, provided they have a full clean UK driving license with minimal points and a strong track record in a similar customer service-oriented role.
 
 To be successful in this role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
