Senior Service Advisor
Basic to £33k, OTE £40k+
Overtime for Saturday Work

Are you an experienced Service Advisor ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join a dynamic and customer-focused dealership team, delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for service customers – face-to-face, via phone, and email
* Managing service bookings and workshop loading
* Providing accurate estimates, upselling additional services where appropriate
* Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated throughout
* Handling service administration and invoicing
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealer or busy independent garage
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A proactive and organised approach with attention to detail
* Confident using dealership systems (experience with Kerridge/CDK or similar is a bonus)
* A team player who thrives under pressure
