Senior Service Advisor – Luxury & Classic Car Specialist
Location: Hertfordshire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Early Finish on Fridays)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £36,000-£38,000 Basic Salary + Bonus £45,000+
We are a highly regarded specialist in luxury, performance, and classic vehicles, known for our meticulous standards, expert knowledge, and outstanding customer care. Due to continued success and internal progression, a rare vacancy has become available for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our close-knit team.
About the Role
As Senior Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from initial booking through to vehicle handover. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager and support the workshop team in delivering service excellence to some of the world’s most prestigious and historic vehicles.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop
*
Manage bookings, schedule work, and communicate updates to clients
*
Prepare accurate estimates, service invoices, and reports
*
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
*
Support the Service Manager in the daily operations of the department
*
Maintain detailed service records and uphold company standards at all times
*
Build and nurture trusted relationships with our loyal client base
Candidate Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor is essential
*
Background in luxury, performance, or classic vehicles is highly desirable
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
*
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
*
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
*
Full UK driving licence
