Senior Service Manager – Adult Social Care Financial Assessments
Up to £600 per day | Ongoing Contract | Immediate Start | Hybrid (1–2 days on-site)
Are you an experienced leader in Adult Social Care (ASC) financial assessments looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to lead and develop a financial assessment team, driving performance and ensuring efficient, accurate, and customer-focused delivery.
This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you’ll shape and improve ASC financial assessment services, strengthen income collection processes, and provide strategic direction to a dedicated team.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading and motivating a financial assessment team to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes
*
Overseeing the ASC financial assessment process, ensuring compliance and accuracy
*
Driving service improvement, innovation, and efficiencies across financial assessments and income collection
*
Managing budgets, resources, and contractual arrangements effectively
*
Coaching and developing staff, closing skill gaps, and embedding best practice
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience managing an Adult Social Care financial assessment team
*
Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, charging frameworks, and welfare benefits
*
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
*
A track record of improving service performance and implementing change successfully
*
Confidence in advising and influencing senior stakeholders
