Job Title: Senior SHEQ Advisor
Location: UK & Ireland
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000

About the Role your new Senior SHEQ Advisor role:
Lead and embed a strong SHEQ culture across one of the leading Mobile Hose Services in the UK & Ireland operations. Drive compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while providing guidance to teams and managing SHEQ systems. Experience working in the heavy plant industry would be beneficial.
What you’ll be doing as a Senior SHEQ Advisor
Champion safety, quality, and compliance across the business.
Lead SHEQ reviews, produce reports, action plans, and roadmaps.
Manage accident investigations and report to regulatory bodies.
Support development and maintenance of SHEQ systems and documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Advise and support teams in achieving full SHEQ compliance.
Support contractor control, supplier onboarding, and risk assessments.
Contribute to behavioural safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking for in a Senior SHEQ Advisor
Experience: Proven SHEQ management in high-risk environments.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SHEQ systems, and ISO standards.
Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards), NEBOSH General Certificate.
Membership: IOSH, IIRSM, CIQA, or similar.
Other: Valid UK driving licence (extensive travel required).
What You’ll Achieve as a Senior SHEQ Advisor

Experience working in a Heavy Plant industry would be beneficial
Ensure consistent adherence to legal and internal SHEQ standards.
