Senior Site Agent – Major Water Infrastructure – AMP8 Projects
Site-based: Surrey
Up to £68K + £4.5K Car Allowance + Bonus + Full Package

One of the UK’s most respected principal contractors is delivering a once-in-a-generation programme of AMP8 works for Thames Water. Backed by a £3.7bn order book and a reputation for excellence, they are now investing in their permanent leadership team to deliver high-value environmental infrastructure projects across multiple sites.
We're looking for Senior Site Agents to take charge of complex non-infrastructure wastewater schemes valued between £5–10m. If you're the kind of leader who thrives when managing multiple packages, coordinating teams, delivering high standards, and owning the process from technical resolution through to client handover—this is your moment.

What you’ll be doing:
Managing entire sections of complex civils works
Site-based leadership and office collaboration
Overseeing HSEQ, RAMS, design changes, and CDM compliance
Forecasting and reporting costs with commercial teams
Delivering toolbox talks, site audits, and maintaining diaries
Working directly with stakeholders, clients, and internal PMs
Implementing innovation, mentoring site teams, and improving performance
✅ What you’ll need:
HNC or higher in Civil Engineering
SMSTS, CSCS (Engineering/Management), First Aid (desirable)
Strong NEC contract understanding
Experience in civil engineering projects (preferably Water/Highways)
CAD/Office 365 experience; TWC desirable
The ability to lead, inspire and manage on-site delivery teams
