Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a façade installation project in Manchester, focusing on brick slips and aluminium panel systems. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work in line with programme timelines.
You’ll be joining a well-established specialist façade contractor known for delivering complex external envelope packages across the UK and Ireland. This is a key role on a high-profile Manchester project, with the opportunity to deliver a façade system for a major client.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations and ensure the façade works are executed to specification, on time, and within budget.
*
Manage subcontractors and coordinate installation of brick slips and aluminium panels.
*
Liaise with project management, design teams, and the main contractor to maintain smooth communication.
*
Ensure all health & safety requirements are strictly followed and site is run to best practices.
*
Monitor progress, material deliveries, and daily site productivity.
*
Report regularly on programme, quality issues, and any site challenges.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing façade projects involving brick slips and aluminium panel systems.
*
SMSTS and CSCS Black/White Card (or equivalent).
*
Strong leadership and communication skills.
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
*
Experience working with specialist subcontractors and managing external envelope works from start to finish.
*
Immediate availability.
