We are working with a highly regarded national housebuilder to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager for a brand-new residential development in Trowbridge.
This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a new site from the ground up, delivering high-quality homes while maintaining exceptional standards of health & safety, build quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site operations from inception to completion
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards
* Maintain strict health & safety compliance
* Drive quality control and NHBC standards
* Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential housebuilding
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* NHBC/Pride in the Job experience desirable
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
