Our client, a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a £350M new build development adjacent to HMP Highpoint. This ambitious scheme includes multiple new accommodation blocks and state-of-the-art training facilities, forming part of a transformative long-term investment in public infrastructure.
The project broke ground last month and offers a clean slate for an accomplished site leader to take ownership from the very early stages of construction.
