Job Title: Senior Site Manager – Major Energy Infrastructure Projects
Location: Travel across England
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 DOE + OTE £100k+

We’re working on behalf of one of the UK’s busiest Tier 1 energy contractors to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager for high-voltage infrastructure and substation projects across the UK.
This is a permanent opportunity that combines the earning power of contract work with the long-term benefits and stability of a PAYE position.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of site activities across major UK substation and energy projects (AC and DC), overseeing subcontractors, HSE compliance, RAMS, and stakeholder coordination.
You’ll also play a key role in client interface, safety leadership, and delivery planning – working on nationally significant projects with strong career progression opportunities.

We’re Looking For
*
Experience delivering substation, HVDC, or major energy infrastructure projects
*
Familiarity with TP137 / SR163 and National Grid standards (essential)
*
Strong understanding of CDM 2015, RAMS, and HSE site leadership
*
SMSTS, CCNSG, IOSH Managing Safely, and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
*
Full UK Driving Licence
