The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team on a prestigious flagship residential development consisting of 550 high-quality units, including:
*
Nearly 400 two- and three-bedroom houses
*
Nearly 150 one- and two-bedroom apartments
This is a long-term contract role (3 years) on a landmark project that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume residential environment and is capable of leading from the front with authority and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
*
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across all phases of the project
*
Manage sub-contractors, site teams, and coordinate with internal stakeholders
*
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
*
Maintain project schedules, reporting progress and resolving issues proactively
*
Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
*
Drive performance and productivity across multiple unit handovers
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale residential housing schemes
*
Strong track record delivering multi-unit developments, ideally 300+ units
*
Ability to manage fast-paced build programs while maintaining build quality
*
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications
*
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
