Job Description
Freelance Senior/Site Manager required for 6 month duration for a £7m new build industrial units with associated office space, carpark and external landscaping. Working under direction from a site based Project Manager the main core of duties and responsibilities will primarily involve the supervision direction and control for all subcontractor packages involved from groundworks, structural steel frame through to internals, health & safety, RAMS aswell as attending client and subcontract progress meetings.
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates aswell as relevant experience working on new build industrial/logistics and office schemes will be a mandatory required, TWC and Fire Marshall tickets would also be advantageousBefore You Apply
