Job Description

Reporting directly to the Construction Team Leader, the Senior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned, reactive, and emergency works. This role involves coordinating high-level major and minor projects, ensuring compliance with NEC contracts, and managing budgets and change processes. Specific Accountabilities: Ensure programmes are delivered to key milestones across the contract. Provide design guidance to other teams. Monitor delivery to ensure work is carried out in accordance with business policies and procedures. Self-manage priorities and workload across the Borough. Produce daily site supervision reports. Communicate daily with Technical Support staff. Deputise for the Construction Team Leader as required. Engage in early contract involvement with the supply chain and design team. Review design drawings for buildability. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
