Job Description
Our client, a well-established and respected company specialising in environmental infrastructure projects, is looking to appoint a Site Supervisor to join their growing team. The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in overseeing mechanical installations and general site works across the UK and Ireland. You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, working closely with site teams and management to maintain exceptional service on every job.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and assist with mechanical installations and site operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and site risk assessments.
Use hand and power tools to assemble and install equipment.
Support warehouse and logistics activities, including loading/unloading and preparing site materials.
Represent the company professionally on client sites and during travel.
Requirements
Proven experience in mechanical fitting, site supervision, or a similar hands-on trade.
Strong understanding of site-based health and safety practices.
Ability to lead and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
Desirable (Training Provided If Needed)
CSCS Yellow Card.
Additional certifications such as PUWER, MEWP, Confined Spaces, Slinging, etc.

Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience).
