Essential Requirements: * 3 to 5 years of practical experience delivering skills development within an engineering training environment. * A minimum of a Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering, Learning and Development (L&D), or a related discipline. * Deep working knowledge of apprenticeship training delivery, Apprenticeship Standard structures, and End Point Assessments (EPA). * Solid understanding of government-funded training schemes, Department for Education (DfE) guidelines, and Ofsted inspection frameworks. * Direct experience navigating and participating in Ofsted inspections. * Strong ability to implement and advise on Safeguarding and Prevent policies to support young learners and trainees. * Curiosity, eagerness to learn, strong organizational capabilities, and sharp problem-solving skills. * A full UK driving license and the ability to work flexible hours and travel to different locations as needed. Desirable Requirements: * Holding a Level 5+ qualification in HR, Learning & Development, or Engineering Management (going beyond the required Level 4). * Formally recognized teaching or assessing qualifications (e.g., CAVA, A1, TAQA, or PGCert in Education). * Direct experience acting as a lead or deputy nominee during a live Ofsted inspection in an apprenticeship setting (rather than just general inspection experience). * Hands-on experience simultaneously managing all three pathways (apprenticeships, internships, AND graduate schemes) in a large corporate setting. * Previous experience specifically within energy, manufacturing, or heavy machinery sectors (like Siemens, Rolls-Royce, or similar engineering firms), rather than general tech or construction training environments. * Familiarity with apprenticeship management systems (AMS) and government funding portals (like the Apprenticeship Service/ILR tracking)
