About the Role:
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and compassionate Senior Social Worker to join our dedicated Children’s Social Care team. What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
* Experience in safeguarding, child protection, and care planning
* Strong communication and assessment skills
* Commitment to high standards of practice and improving outcomes for children
* Social Workers will need to be clear on threshold decision making, support and guidance to alternatively qualified staff, have a good working knowledge of Mosaic.
