Are you an experienced and passionate Senior Social Worker ready to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives? An exciting opportunity has become available within the Keighley & Shipley Family Hub (Rainbow Hub), working as part of the Early Help & Prevention service in Bradford.
This is a key role focused on delivering high-quality support to children, young people, and families at the earliest opportunity—helping to create lasting positive outcomes and prevent escalation into statutory services.
About the Role
As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting families through early intervention strategies, working collaboratively with multi-agency partners. You will manage complex cases, provide guidance to less experienced staff, and contribute to the ongoing development of best practice within the service.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of children and families requiring early help and preventative services
* Undertake assessments and develop effective support plans
* Work closely with partner agencies to deliver coordinated interventions
* Provide mentoring and support to junior staff where required
* Contribute to safeguarding and risk management processes
Working Arrangements
Bradford Children and Families Trust operates a hybrid working model. While there is flexibility to work remotely, candidates will be expected to attend the office for specific tasks, meetings, or team days in line with service needs.
