About the Role – A Broad and Rewarding Caseload
This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a multidisciplinary and child-focused service, where you will:
*
Manage a complex caseload involving Children in Need, Child Protection, and LAC
*
Undertake a wide range of assessments including Children & Family, Mental Capacity, S47 enquiries
*
Support children and young people in court and tribunal processes, including residential placements
*
Be actively involved in transition work, helping disabled young people move from Children’s Services to Adult Services or Leaving Care
*
Build relationships with siblings, carers, schools, health professionals, and SEN teams
*
Present cases to the Resource Allocation Panel and contribute to service development
