Job Description
Senior Social Worker
Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Social Worker to join a dedicated Court Team in Bromley. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Tasks
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, advocating for clients' rights, and collaborating with other professionals within the court system. Skills
We are looking for a social worker with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within a court setting. Essential skills include strong assessment and case management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proven track record of successful client outcomes. Experience working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of relevant legislation are also required.
