What You’ll Be Doing

  * Running a varied family law caseload with confidence and independence

  * Leading from the front—setting the tone, standards and culture in the office

  * Developing, mentoring and motivating your team

  * Taking full responsibility for branch performance, billing and growth

  * Getting stuck into business development—building relationships, raising your profile and generating work

  * Delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage

  * 5+ years PQE in Family Law

  * Someone with real passion for their work and pride in what they deliver
